Dr. McClung owns and manages RBA. He’s an MD with a specialization in Urology. His practice has always had a lot of overlap with plastic surgery and he enjoys the aesthetic aspects of medicine. He will oversee every aspect of RBA. He is kind, soft spoken, sincere and wickedly smart. He will quickly earn your trust.

Jill Pate is a dual-certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and psychiatry/mental health.  She is an experienced provider and has worked in Emergency Medicine, Urology, and  Psychiatry.  She loves learning and is known for making strong connections with all of her patients.    Jill enjoys striving to enhance her knowledge in order to better the lives of the patients she serves.  

Allicia Totten is the clinical nurse manager at RBA. She has 14 years of experience in the medical field with a background in Urology, Surgery, and Aesthetics. Allicia is a wonderful educator and advocate for all of her patients. She takes pride in ensuring every client receives exceptional, high quality care.

Michael Pickering stays mostly on the surgical side of our practice but will also be performing some procedures, mostly with the laser, on the aesthetics side. He is a great analyst and technician. He’s funny and has a dry sense of humor. You’ll enjoy visiting with him.

Rebecca has a background in banking and client service. She serves as the office manager for RBA. You can come to her with compliments, complaints and any big picture insights you’d like to share with our practice.

Renea is a dedicated nurse practitioner who has spent the last six years caring for patients in urology, building on more than a decade of experience in the specialty. Known for her warm approach and patient-centered mindset, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every encounter.
